When you book a service, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and vehicle information. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Square and never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and perform the services you request, communicate with you about your booking, and improve our service quality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

Your contact and vehicle information is shared only with the mechanic assigned to your booking, strictly for the purpose of completing your service. We use Square for payment processing — their privacy policy governs payment data.

4. Photos

Photos taken at the time of service (arrival and completion) are stored securely and used for quality assurance and dispute resolution. Parking access photos you provide are shared with your assigned mechanic and deleted after the service is complete.

5. Data Retention

We retain your booking and service history for up to 3 years for warranty and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized Travel Mechanic staff only.
