1. Service Agreement
By booking a service through Travel Mechanic, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide mobile automotive repair and maintenance services at the location you specify.
2. Payment
Payment is authorized at the time of booking but only captured after the service is completed to your satisfaction. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Square.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us at the number provided in your confirmation email.
4. Service Guarantee
All work performed by Travel Mechanic is guaranteed for 30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. If an issue persists after service, contact us and we will make it right at no additional charge.
5. Liability
Travel Mechanic is not responsible for pre-existing conditions on your vehicle unrelated to the services performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
6. Service Area
Services are available within our designated coverage zones. We reserve the right to decline bookings outside our coverage area or in locations that are unsafe for our mechanics to work.
